The Georgia Ballet Guild

The Guild is a parent-driven volunteer organization that supports The Georgia Ballet in many capacities including performance support, special events, and fundraising. Each time you attend a Georgia Ballet performance at the Cobb Civic Center (whether it’s a professional performance or the Spring Concert), members of The Guild provide snacks, gift options, specialized logowear and more!

The Guild also runs the boutique here at the studios to make sure that The Georgia Ballet has the supplies you’ll need to keep dancing! They also keep the store filled with healthy snacks and bottled water for your dancers. Members of The Guild help in many other ways as well, whether it’s through helping to organize development projects or assisting the production coordinator. From stuffing envelopes to sewing costumes, The Georgia Ballet Guild needs your help!

Please consider volunteering for this wonderful organization. Participating in Guild meetings and activities is an excellent way to support your child’s artistic endeavors. Only a few hours of your time throughout the school year would be an immense help not only to The Guild but also to The Georgia Ballet staff. We strive to provide the best in dance education, performances, and outreach to our community. This would not be possible without the help of our parent volunteers.

Your registration form included a section to designate whether or not you would like to be a volunteer this year. Even if you cannot make a regular commitment, please let us know throughout the year if you are interested in volunteering your services. We especially need support during our performance season and at our Spring Concert. Your help, in whatever capacity, would be greatly appreciated!
